I’m Carrie Hammond, your mentor on the journey to becoming a confident, skilled, and impactful mountain bike coach!

A few years ago, I attended a women's coaching retreat. It impacted me in a big way, opening up my understanding of why it is so important for women to connect and support one another.  It deepened my understanding  of the importance of a great coach, boosted my coaching confidence, and inspired me to help others!  It breathed new life into my coaching style and fueled my passion for empowering others.

After being an outdoor guide and mountain bike coach for many years I want to pass along my knowledge and help others lead with more confidence.  My efforts are dedicated to my first coach and Grandfather, the legendary Al Irwin.
